Last Saturday I was out at Bryant Park with my friend –after stuffing ourselves with a feast and two hours wandering at Kinokuniya Bookstore trying to work those extra calories away. We seated ourselves facing the grass under the sun. Sunshine really has the power of connecting with your body and mental state. When you feel sick or down, sitting under the sunlight would usually give you a noticeable lift. Science has proven that sunlight boosts the production of Vitamin D and some neurotransmitter that affects your mood, appetite, memory, and sleep. Sunshine is really powerful in terms of fighting stress. At least once in a week, drag your friend out and place yourselves under the sun!
It is equally important that you apply sunscreen products to your skin and have your eyes covered up with sunglasses before you are out, which helps you to be shielded away from the side effects that you don’t want.
The outfit for the day is a bell sleeve white top paired with black skinny pants and a pair of strip pointy toe flats. I really love Jeans from J brand I have almost a pair in every color. They come in a variety of sizes and whatever your size is they rock your body! Go have a beautiful day under the sun and bring out the best in you!
